We decided to brave the yearly air show this morning. For a small town, I think they did a pretty good job. We saw stunt planes and WW 2 fighter planes and I'm sure other types of planes, but I don't know what the heck they were! The kids had a great time cheering on the planes and throwing weeds into the canal while waiting for the next one to take off. I had a blast enjoying the beautiful weather (finally!) and avoiding house/yard work for a couple of hours.
My favorite of the day...the yellow jelly belly plane. It scared the pants off of me when it lost part of it's wing. I literally grabbed the kids and wanted to take off before it crashed. How dumb do you think I felt when I finally realized it was all part of the act? The only redeeming factor...Aces thought the same thing! LOL!
